Bozena is a marine scientist with extensive experience in oceanographic observations, bio-optical research, and data quality management. Her career spans roles at CSIRO and the University of Gdansk, where she specialized in biogeochemical observations, marine bio-optics, and remote sensing applications. Bozena holds a Ph.D. in Oceanography and has contributed to international collaborations, fieldwork at sea, and numerous peer-reviewed publications.
