The WetPC, an innovative technology invented at AIMS and now marketed by a separate company ( http://wetpc.com.au/html/ ), has been nominated as one of Queensland's top 150 icons. The Queensland icon search is part of the 150th birthday celebrations for the State.

Online voting is open until 30 April to select the top icons in a range of categories. The WetPC, which is listed as "World's first underwater computer", is in the "Innovations and Inventions" category.
