Conservation and biodiversity group The research conducted by the AIMS
Conservation and Biodiversity teams is tailored to address such
knowledge gaps for tropical marine biodiversity and to build on
our understanding of these complex ecosystems.
|
Research is organized into four
multidisciplinary teams that build capacity through collaboration
with external management, research groups and industries, thereby
enhancing research outcomes that facilitate effective management
for conservation and sustainable use of marine biodiversity. These
teams have a significant history
and international reputation in knowledge generation and transfer,
with respect to tropical marine ecosystems and their management.
