Navigating your way around 

If further information is being sourced from within the Institute and is being linked from text within a document, the link will be underlined. A green arrow - indicates that the information is being sourced from within the Institute. A red arrow - indicates that the information is being sourced from outside the Institute, and you will be leaving the AIMS Web site.

Navigation buttons

  • If you see the 'ProjectNET' logo Project NET it will always return you to the ProjectNET contents page.
  • If the page you are viewing is part of a set, like these pages are, the contents previous page next page buttons on the upper left side of each page, will guide you through the subject material.
  • Some titles are part of the On-line Reference Library and have their own set of navigation buttons that are part of the library set.
  • Links on the upper left side-bar and bottom centre will take you to the main information streams in the AIMS Web site. See also -site navigation.

Titles marked [Hi-Res] contain Hi-Resolution images and are best viewed with a video card capable of displaying 16k+ colours set at 800x600 pixels and a high speed Internet connection to shorten the download time.

If you need to print these pages, set your left and right printer borders to 10mm.

 

Conditions of usage 

Permissions
Permission is granted by the Australian Institute of Marine Science for classroom teachers to make reprographic copies of worksheets (ie. titles marked with - ) for non-commercial use. This permission does not extend to copying for promotional purposes, creating new collective works, or resale.

NB. Titles with the copyright symbol © are included as reference material and can only be dealt with as provided by the AIMS Copyright notice.
