Lizard Island

Lizard 1 (L1, 5m): At this site plating and branching Acroporids grow fast but are often the first to be killed during a disturbance. This contrasts with sub-massive corals at the site (Favids, Poritids) which grow slowly and are able to withstand most disturbances.
