Coral Records Research Group
Recommendations
|
-
The group agreed that
combining our different skills and research
interests would be productive.
-
The group recommended
that AIMS management must place a high priority
on preserving the unique AIMS coral coring skills
for the short and long-term objectives of AUSCORE
coral records research in the Austral-Asian region.
-
Exchanges between
research groups are to be solicited and encouraged
so that we can all understand the different
techniques and maximise productivity.
-
That a workshop be
held in Lismore in 1998.
