Water quality monitoring
Water samples were collected at a number of sites in each study area
to look at nutrients (dissolved and particulate),
chlorophyll and total suspended solid concentration throughout the water
column.
A water profiler was used to look at temperature, salinity,
fluorescence and oxygen content at Ayong Farm, Lampung. We were also
interested in looking at the differences between wet and dry seasons, so
samples were collected during August 2006 and February 2007.
