Journalists, media organisations or anyone interested in being notified of media releases by the Australian Institute of Marine Science (AIMS) are invited to subscribe to our automated mailing list. 

Notification of AIMS media releases will be sent to you via email.

By subscribing to the AIMS email subscription service you are giving permission to AIMS to send you media releases via email.

You will be sent a confirmation email that you will need to reply to within a set time to be added to the AIMS media releases mailing list.

Click on automatic unsubscribe and then press the send button without adding anything else to this message.

You will be sent a confirmation email that you will need to reply to within a set time to be removed from the AIMS media releases mailing list.

The automated process to unsubscribe will only work if you are using the same email address that you used to subscribe to the subscription service.

If you ever need to get in contact with the owner of the list, (if you have trouble unsubscribing, or have questions about the list itself) send email to: 
owner-media_releases@aims.gov.au 

This is the general rule for most mailing lists when you need to contact a human.
